Shipping & Returns Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with any and every order placed with us. If you're not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 60 days for an exchange or a refund.
Shipping
Usually, We ship the goods to you in the trackable way such as UPS, TNT, EMS, DHL and Fedex. Using the different carriers depending on the quantity and shipping address of your order! Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 24-48 hours. However, sometimes cause large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible. After the goods are dispatched, we will provide you a tracking number for tracking online immediately. Normally the Shipping term is 7-10 business days.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us immediately. So that we can process all orders as soon as possible within 4-6 hours after orders placing, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. And shipped orders can not be cancelled any more. Hope you can understand in this key point.Thank you!
Returns
You must contact us with returning shipping address before sending the items back. Return items to us, please send them back to us with a note stating your order number and whether you'd like a refund. We only accept this returns: 1. Wrong Size; 2. Wrong items shipped 3. Defective items.
Unacceptable reasons for an exchange are: I ordered the wrong size, item looks different in the photo, color is lighter or darker in the photo, I changed my mind with the current order and want a different order, etc.
Once you received wrong items or defective items, you notify us within 24-48 hours of receipt the products to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or exchange.
You must contact us with returning shipping address before sending the items back. Goods must be returned unuesd and contain all the original packaging and labels. The cost of the return postage will be at your own expense, or a collection can be arranged for an additional fee, which is a 30% of item original purchase price. This does not effect your statutory rights.
Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the product and want to exchange for another one, you can contact us with your order ID and tracking number. You must contact us before sending the items back. To return a non-faulty product, it must be in its original condition with the original labels attached. Once a product has been worn outside or used we will be unable to refund or exchange unless the item is found by the manufacturer to have a fault. And the customers need pay all the shipping fee.
